We would like to inform the community about the following changes to our products and services.

  • User forum and tutorials: These will now be available from the support menu on our website.
  • Support requests: We have introduced a ticketing system for support please contact support@botanicalsoftware.com when you have queries. This channel is monitored by several staff members and will provide a better response time than emails to individuals.
  • Floria: The rebranding of our products from IrisBG to Floria is progressing and will be finalized in January.
